How do I access my account?
Customer access uses email and password. Codes sent by email are used only to create an account, confirm registration, or recover access. If you forget your password, use the recovery page.
Can I already buy products or PDFs?
Yes. The store offers PDF patterns and physical handmade custom orders according to the availability, language, price, deadline and conditions shown for each product.
Where will my downloads be?
After payment confirmation, files released to your account appear in My downloads. Use the same purchase email to access them.
Does Triarte sell outside Brazil?
The platform is planned to allow international access to digital products. Physical custom orders and delivery times may have specific rules depending on country, availability and shipping method.
Can I choose a language?
Yes. The website is structured in Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish. Until final persistence is active, some preferences may work through language parameters or temporary settings.
