Delivery policy
This policy presents general rules for delivery of Triarte digital products and physical handmade custom orders.
Digital product delivery
Digital products, such as PDF patterns, are released through the customer area or another official method defined by Triarte. Download access is guaranteed for at least 90 days after payment confirmation.
Physical custom order delivery
Physical handmade custom orders may be shipped to the address provided by the customer, according to the production deadline, shipping method, carrier, postal service or another delivery provider. Deadlines and costs will be shown during purchase.
Address and customer responsibility
The customer must check name, address, postal code, phone and delivery data before completing the purchase. Address errors may cause delay, return or need for a new shipment, possibly with additional cost.
Deadlines
Total time may include payment confirmation, separation, production, packaging, posting and transport. Physical custom orders may require manual production time before shipping.
Delays and occurrences
Delays may occur due to external factors, such as strikes, weather, transport restrictions, high demand, incorrect address, absence of receiver or logistics issues. Triarte will guide the customer based on tracking or support information.
International deliveries
Digital products may be made available to customers in other countries when language, payment and access are compatible. International physical custom orders depend on availability, deadline, cost, customs rules, taxes, logistics restrictions and Triarte's commercial policy.
The Brazilian Portuguese version is the main reference for interpreting these texts. Translations are provided to help international visitors understand them.
