Digital products policy

Digital products are electronically delivered content, such as PDF patterns, support materials, files or access released in the customer area. They do not involve physical shipping unless expressly stated.

After payment confirmation, content may be released for download or access in the customer area for at least 90 days. The customer should use the same purchase e-mail to access files.

Triarte may keep access available for longer, but permanent availability is not guaranteed. We recommend downloading and keeping the file in a safe place.

When versions in different languages are available, the customer must select the desired language before adding the product to the cart. The released file follows the option chosen at purchase.

The purchase of a digital product grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable use license. The customer may consult the material for learning and handmade execution while respecting copyright rules.

It is not allowed to share, resell, publish, distribute, fully copy, make available in groups, send to third parties or transform the file into another digital product without Triarte authorization.

If you have difficulty accessing or downloading a released file, contact atendimento@triarte.com.br with the purchase e-mail and the issue encountered.

Digital product refund requests will be reviewed according to the exchange, return and refund policy, applicable law, access release, possible download, technical failures and the specific situation of the order.
