Exchanges, returns and refunds
This policy explains how Triarte will handle withdrawal, exchange, return, refund and access issue requests according to the type of product or service.
Support request
All requests must be sent to atendimento@triarte.com.br with name, purchase e-mail, order number, description of what happened and, when possible, images or proof.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made outside a commercial establishment may have a right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period. Review considers current law, purchase date, product type, delivery, content access and the specific situation of the order.
Digital products
Because they are files or immediate-access content, digital products require specific treatment. When the file has already been correctly released, accessed or downloaded, refund requests may be limited by the irreversible nature of digital delivery, except for technical failure, duplicate charge, proven error, wrong file or another case required by law.
If the digital content has not yet been accessed or released, the request may be easier to review within the applicable period.
Physical custom orders
Physical custom orders will follow exchange, return and refund rules according to applicable law, item condition, packaging, request deadline, reason and support review.
- Defect or damage must be reported with photos and a description.
- Returned pieces must include the sent items, when applicable.
- Return shipping costs and method will be guided case by case.
Review period and refund method
Triarte will review the request and inform the possible solution through the official channel. When a refund is approved, it will preferably be made through the same payment method, respecting payment provider deadlines.
The Brazilian Portuguese version is the main reference for interpreting these texts. Translations are provided to help international visitors understand them.
